Job Summary
Monday through Friday (Fridays as needed for mandatory overtime depending on production needs)
Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance and repair on equipment. Responsible for electrical systems electronic controls hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose troubleshoot and repair equipment to include electronic controls motors PLC electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems.
2. Complete Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on applicable machines.
3. Responsible for maintaining an inventory of service and repair parts.
4. Maintains accurate and computerized records of services repairs and modifications on equipment.
5. Design and install modifications or retrofits to enhance safety and efficiency of plant equipment as needed.
6. Able to operate various types of welding tools hand tools and power tools.
7. Able to read and understand drawings blueprints and schematics.
8. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers suppliers co-workers and management.
9. Helps company meet its Strategic Quality and Safety objectives.
10. Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
3 years of experience in a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting repair and servicing of equipment.
Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good hearing and ability to see well (use of corrective hearing aids or lenses allowed)
Basic computer knowledge (Windows email internet etc.)
Basic math skills
Reading skills (Basic instructional and technical information)
OR
An acceptable combination of education and experience
Functional & Cognitive Requirements of Position
This position requires walking sitting or standing to a significant degree.
Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist carry 50 pounds and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
Stooping crouching kneeling and bending.
Handling feeling and gripping would be required for some activities.
Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
