As a Maintenance Mechanic you will

• Repair and maintain manufacturing packaging and material handling equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Troubleshoot electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently
• Support continuous improvement efforts including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrade projects
• Collaborate with production teams vendors and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards

• High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance
• 310 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g. SAP)
• Preferred: PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens) welding blueprint reading or formal technical training

• Location: Conyers GA (On-site manufacturing environment)
• Reporting: Maintenance Supervisor and/or Plant Manager
• Travel: Minimal
