The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all maintenance services for assigned sitesOversee ongoing preventative maintenance programs for assigned sitesPlan and schedule work assignments of maintenance staffAnalyze and resolve complaints pertaining to personnel services and equipment Ensures completion of all work ordersManage outside contractors to ensure the quality of work delivered; coordinate proposals and bids from contractors; and maintain relationships with building inspectors fire marshal and vendorsParticipate in budget planning for the maintenance departmentDraft plans for building needs wire buildings for computer networking and inspects and repairs all damages to building surfacesPlan and direct inventory control program for equipment parts and supplies. Oversees the establishment of accounts with material vendors. Orders and maintains necessary maintenance a culture of continuous improvementOversee the establishment of accounts with material vendorsDevelops communicates and oversees compliance with departmental procedures for maintenance and operation of buildings. Maintains the building and grounds in compliance with Federal State and local laws. Monitors adherence to safety standards and regulations including Globally Harmonized System (GHS) requirements. Maintains operational records/data Ensures fire alarm system including smoke and heat detectors and fire pull are in working in disaster plans as appropriate. Repairs and performs routine maintenance on kitchen housekeeping and other mechanical equipment. Monitors and assists in basic maintenance of facility other related duties and activities as requiredQualifications: High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 3-4 years of related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience requiredAdvanced technical training preferredWorking knowledge of safety codes/regulations and ability to handle maintenance equipmentAbility to manage/prioritize multiple tasksEffective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you doCurrent drivers licenseOther Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge and ability to handle maintenance equipment. Working knowledge of safety codes/regulationsOther Requirements: Travel as neededPhysical Requirements: Medium Work.
