Maintenance Excellence Supervisor

The Maintenance Excellence Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for leading and developing teams supporting the execution of maintenance work. As the Maintenance Execution Site Process Focal Point (SPFP) this position is accountable for the leading and continuous improvement of the process to optimize execution efficiency support stakeholders deliver to customers and control costs. This role promotes a culture of collaboration with stakeholders that enables efficient and effective end-to-end maintenance.

• Creates a collaborative team environment that fosters ownership and technical growth through mentoring performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Leads team of skilled maintenance professionals providing a collaborative work experience.
• Providing coaching on the work process requirements skills and behaviors required to execute the work process.
• Promoting continuous improvement and visual management to improve work process execution.
• Analyzing work process key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement formulating and deploying collaborative solutions.
• Identifying and escalating any site integration issues between work processes which cannot be resolved.
• Collaborating with peers from other sites to identify and share best practices.
• Managing the CMMS tool (SAP Maintenance) identifying and deploying tool enhancements and introducing new technology that supports efficient execution of the work process.
• Prepares analyzes and provides reports of maintenance spend in support of cost control.
• Other duties as assigned.
