Maintenance Electrician

Location: Westlake OH

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company.

• Troubleshoot repair and install electrical systems wiring circuits breakers and fixtures
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Work with 120/277/480V single- and three-phase electrical systems
• Use voltmeters ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Maintain building systems and facility equipment
• Ensure electrical work meets NEC and applicable building codes
• Assist with equipment installation and start-up
• Document maintenance and repair activities

• 3 years of electrician or electrical maintenance experience
• Certified Electrician status
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with 120/277/480 VAC and three-phase power
• Knowledge of electrical wiring circuits and NEC requirements
• Ability to read blueprints and use electrical testing equipment
• Basic plumbing and general facility maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
