Maintenance Electrician

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support electrical PLC electronic hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems interpret schematics and blueprints perform equipment repairs and help maintain safe and reliable production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain electrical PLC electronic hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Design and test minor electrical control circuits used for machinery and production equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical and electronic controls using schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Install test repair and adjust electrical fixtures panels breakers conduit wiring motors transformers and lighting equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components.
• Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect installed electrical equipment for hazards adjustments and replacement needs.
• Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints sketches schematics and verbal instructions.
• Use electrical testing instruments and appropriate tools to diagnose equipment issues.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
• Support additional maintenance activities as directed by the Group Leader.
• Follow established safety quality and manufacturing procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology Industrial Maintenance Electronics or a related field.
• 24 years of related industrial electrical or maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical PLC and electronic control circuits.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to use CMMS software for parts lookup and maintenance work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical & Employment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending stooping sitting and manual-dexterity activities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical drug screen and background check.

2nd Shift: MondayThursday 3:00 PM1:00 AM

Alternative Schedule: Weekend Nights FridaySunday 4:00 PM4:00 AM
