We are currently seeking applicants for position of Maintenance Assistant. This position offers a part time schedule but may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assists with grounds maintenance community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
- Routine maintenance on grounds parking areas driveways etc.
- Replace light bulbs fluorescent lights call lights etc.
