Come work with us!Were currently looking for a Maintenance a Maintenance Apprentice you will become a professional technician by completing our industry-leading Maintenance Apprentice Program (MAP). You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced mentors to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful technician. Upon completion of the MAP you will be moved into the Maintenance Technician I role with the opportunity to continue your professional development and advance your YOU WILL DOLearn how to diagnose treat and prevent a wide variety of maintenance issuesAcquire skills in hydraulics welding plumbing and other industrial fieldsAssume increasing responsibility for meeting the maintenance needs of car washes in your regionBecome a resource for wash employeesanswer questions share ideas and suggest solutionsDemonstrate pride in your work and a commitment to safetyWHAT YOU NEEDMechanical interest and aptitude (e.g. working on cars as a hobby)A willingness to learn and accept feedbackThe ability to juggle multiple projects while working individually and as a member of a teamA sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtimeAvailability and flexibility to work full-time hours including evenings and weekends with a varying scheduleHigh energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditionsThe ability to lift up to 75 pounds stand walk bend kneel crouch crawl twist perform repetitive motions see variations in color and climb and work from laddersUpon offer selected candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review; Maintenance Apprentices must maintain a valid drivers license with no restrictions as a condition of employment
