• Perform maintenance inspections and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.

• Complete mainline repairs and services according to manufacturer specifications.
  

• Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on inspection findings.
  

• Use diagnostic equipment service information and technical resources to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
  

• Maintain accurate repair orders and document work performed.
  

• Follow dealership procedures manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
  

• Work collaboratively with service advisors parts personnel and other technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
  

• Deliver quality workmanship and help ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Previous professional automotive technician experience.
  

• Mainline automotive repair and diagnostic skills.
  

• Kia certification is preferred for certified technician candidates.
  

• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs accurately.
  

• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
  

• Strong attention to detail time management and problem-solving skills.
  

• A commitment to quality work safety and customer satisfaction.
  

• Dependability professionalism and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
