Skills:
- Experience with machine operation (Rubber Extruder Roll Grinder Lathe Operator etc.) is strongly desired but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Successful management and leadership qualities.
- Engineering skills and the ability to problem-solve.
- Experience with SolidWorks CadKey CNC programming and Lathe operation is a plus.
- A desire to continue learning.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of machine mechanics and machining processes.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks and CadKey.
- CNC programming knowledge.
Ability to Implement:
- Operate and maintain various machines.
- Lead and manage teams effectively.
- Solve engineering problems and implement solutions.
- Utilize CAD software for design and programming tasks.
