Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM $20.05/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM $20.05/hr

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Tupelo MS. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment and must be mechanically inclined. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating monitoring and making basic adjustments to production machinery while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Lift move and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
