Machine Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Machine Operator in Sugar Land TX to work for the worlds largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay benefits.

Pay is $21.50/hour MondayFriday 2nd Shift (2:00 PM10:00 PM) weekends as needed Weekly pay every Friday OT opportunities available At $21.50/hr and 50 hrs/week earn weekly paychecks of $1182.50 gross.

Important Notes: High School Diploma/GED required. Proficiency with SAP and general computer systems needed. No travel required. Candidates must have hands-on SMT experience general assembly background alone will not meet requirements.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring an SMT Machine Operator to support a manufacturing client in Sugar Land TX. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printers pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens to ensure safe efficient and reliable production. The ideal candidate has hands-on electronics assembly experience and a strong understanding of quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
• Operate SMT equipment (screen printers pick-and-place reflow ovens) according to procedures and job requirements
• Maintain equipment per procedures reporting problems or deviations
• Assemble and solder printed circuit boards reading design drawings as needed
• Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 23 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with SMT machine operation pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens
• Experience with assembly/soldering of PCBs and electronic component identification
• Understanding of quality standards
• Proficiency with computers and SAP
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• English language proficiency
