Summary:

Safely operate authorized production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Adjust machine settings to accurately complete tasks according to specifications and in a timely fashion. Perform manual tasks such as package crate label count and sort products. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures
• Ensure that all guard and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked
• Safely operate machine assigned by the line lead team leader supervisor or manager
• Required to maintain quality standards on all products
• Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers line lead team leader supervisor and manager
• Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality ISO 14001 Environmental and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements
• Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
• Required to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation
• Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation
• Check parts dimensionally with calipers and measuring tools to maintain engineering drawing tolerances
• Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within manufacturing environment

• High school diploma or its equivalent is desired

• Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production areas
• Must be able to lift 50 a safe manner
• Must be able to perform repetitive motion. Examples: walking reaching bending twisting stooping pushing pulling and standing for extended periods of time
• Clarity of vision and the ability to focus on a fast and repetitious operation for extended periods of time
• Exposure to heavy equipment or components needed to produce product (safety-toe shoes are required)
• Exposure to machine noise levels (hearing protection is required)
• Exposure to electrical and mechanical moving parts
