Job Summary
Hiring Entry Level Machine Operators - Pay Rate: $15.15 hourly
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. The ideal candidate is safety focused detailed and willing to learn how to operate and monitor equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect molded parts for quality defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Trim assemble package and label finished products as required.
- Perform basic machine startup and shutdown procedures under supervision.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand bend lift (up to 50 lbs.) and perform repetitive motions.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced indoor production area with multiple machines and equipment.
- Air-conditioned but may experience heat in summer; some unusual odors may be present.
Shifts 1st/2nd/3rd
- 1stShift M F 6 AM 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift M F 2 PM 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift M F 10 PM 6:30 AM
