Total Rewards & Pay-Full-time team members are eligible for:
Base pay: $19.00-$22.13 per hour based on qualifications and experience
3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift

What Youll Do
Perform simple setups andoperateequipment such as manual punch press shears saws drill press timesaver wash and tumbler
Inspect parts to verify mechanical tolerances and engineering specifications
Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep a clean work area
Complete required documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work
Commitment to working safely
Ability tooperatehand tools gauges torque wrenches and production equipment
Ability to read measurements
Ability toread understand and follow safety procedures work instructions and production documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical/trade school training in metal fabrication
Ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of inspection equipment (calipers gauges protractors tape measure)
Working knowledge of metalworking
1 year of experience in a production environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Lift up to 35lbsand occasionally up to 50lbswithassistance
