Current Overtime Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-4:00am

Hourly rate - $19.50

As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your key tasks will involve operating and maintaining production equipment to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires a sharp attention to detail a commitment to safety protocols and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor production line machinery conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• At least one years experience in machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; including distinguishing color
• Proficient in math for calculating percentages areas and volumes
• Ability to set up computer-aided machinery with a solid understanding of Windows based computers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Some Important Seasonal Employee Details:

• 90-day work assignment which includes a 30-day attendance required period for training purposes.
• After 75 working days you may be eligible for full-time employment if you maintain good standing with the company including attendance performance and teamwork.
• This seasonal position does not offer benefits such as production attendance bonus production performance bonus double time PTO or paid holidays.
• Overtime work is required

Physical Requirements:

• The working environment is a production facility with a focus on safety and teamwork
• The role requires standing for long periods stooping walking bending pulling climbing and lifting materials up to 50lbs as well as exposure to various machinery and materials.
