Machine Operator – Foundry Manufacturing

• Operate production machinery and equipment in a fast-paced foundry environment.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Load and unload materials castings and components from production equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment setup changeovers and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions quality concerns or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
• Work collaboratively with team members supervisors and quality personnel to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
• Previous manufacturing machine operation foundry casting or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.

• Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and foundry environment with exposure to heat noise dust and moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses hearing protection steel-toed footwear and other safety gear.
