Job Summary
Responsible to perform basic operations throughout the Thermoforming department in order to form heavy gauge products within designated specification. This includes post-form trimming grinding and assembling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Basic operation of multi-station rotary style thermoforming machinery at a rate that meets or exceeds quality and production standards.
- Perform post-form trimming using handheld trimming equipment to ensure product meets designated specifications.
- Operate drill machine and use a handheld drill.
- Complete required quality checks and report any defect in a timely manner.
- Communicate all pertinent information at shift change.
- Maintain a safe clean organized work area.
- Provide relief to other members of team as necessary

Qualifications

Education Experience Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check which will include previous employment check and criminal history review.

While performing the duties of this job in a manufacturing environment the employee is frequently exposed to hot temperatures and moving forklifts. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
