What Youll Do
- Set up and operate coating machines for plastic films paper foil and specialty materials
- Monitor production runs and perform product testing to ensure quality standards
- Verify product specifications and visually inspect materials during processing
- Perform machine adjustments and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare coating solutions according to specifications
- Load and unload materials from equipment safely and efficiently
- Enter production data and maintain accurate daily logs
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What the Job Requires:
- High school diploma or GED
- 13 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic math skills and comfort with data entry
- Dependable punctual and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong focus on safety and awareness of surroundings
- Shows up ready to work and gets the job done
