Machine Operator

Location: Cleveland OH 44135
Pay: $18.00$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift and Night Shifts are available! Rotating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week 48 hours the following week)

• Operate and monitor production machinery while following all safety and quality standards.
• Set up adjust and perform changeovers on machinery as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure efficient and continuous production.
• Perform quality inspections and accurately document production information.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Keep the work area clean safe and organized.
• Work closely with the production team and assist with other duties as assigned.

• Previous Machine Operator experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical skills.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
