What Youll Do
Operate and monitor production machines
Perform setups changeovers and adjustments
Inspect products and ensure quality standards
Follow all safety and PPE procedures
Package stack and prepare materials
What Were Looking For
Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred
Positive self-motivated and a team player
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
Good communicator adaptable safety-focused
