2 years experience leading a software or machine-learning team in the speech technology spacen7 years in a hands-on machine learning role with demonstrable product impactnExperience taking responsibility and ownership of features and the product roadmapnExcellent interpersonal skills and experience working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds (engineers designers researchers etc.)nCommitted to encouraging an open and inclusive work environmentnDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively collaborate and build long-term relationships across the organization

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Natural Language Processing Software Engineering or equivalentnExperience working with voice talent recordings and/or other types of speech datanExperience building text-to-speech modelsnFluent in another language or dialect
