M365 Support Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking an M365 Support Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC Plano TX and Pennington NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

The M365 Support Engineer will provide advanced support and administration for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and Adobe enterprise solutions. This individual will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and optimizing Microsoft 365 services supporting end users and ensuring the stability security and performance of collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Entra ID (Azure AD) and related collaboration technologies
• Administer and support Adobe Acrobat Pro Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe enterprise licensing environments
• Execute processes supporting IT infrastructure and services to ensure business requirements are met within established SLAs
• Manage service requests incidents changes and problem resolution activities for Microsoft 365 and Adobe environments
• Monitor measure report and review application and service performance to ensure availability capacity and reliability meet business demands
• Install configure maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications across enterprise environments
• Support Microsoft 365 identity and access management processes including user provisioning licensing authentication and conditional access
• Assist with Microsoft Teams administration meetings voice messaging and collaboration support
• Participate in system maintenance testing validation and deployment activities
• Serve as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and Adobe-related issues
• Participate in on-call support rotations including occasional nights and weekends

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience supporting Adobe Acrobat Pro Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Enterprise licensing environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management authentication methods and Active Directory/Entra ID integration
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Experience with monitoring and reporting tools used in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems networking fundamentals DNS and security best practices
• Proven ability to identify troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and Microsoft 365 migrations is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure enterprise environment

Pay range: $32.71 - $40.71 per hour
