Job Summary:
As an M365 Architect you will lead the design implementation and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure scalable and user-centric digital workplace experiences. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services strategic thinking and strong leadership skills to drive innovation and adoption.

Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy

• Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for M365 adoption integration and optimization.
• Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals and security standards.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish governance frameworks for M365 usage data retention and access control.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence including GDPR and HIPAA.

Implementation & Support

• Lead M365-related projects migrations and upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and support teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide escalation support.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Partner with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored M365 solutions.
• Promote user adoption through training documentation and change management.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• 8 years of IT experience including 5 years focused on Microsoft 365 architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Experience with Power Platform Azure AD Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security identity management and compliance.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 MS-600 SC-300 or AZ-500.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
