Position Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team and promotes the highest standards of quality care in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate dependable and committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
Hold a current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Have at least 2 years of LVN experience preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
Demonstrate a passion for caring for seniors
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Can follow directions implement care plans and adapt to ongoing training
Exhibit excellent critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
Are compassionate reliable and work well as part of a team
