JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
-CA LVN
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only) IV and Blood withdrawal
-Hard Stops: EPIC Sterile field EVLT vein ablation venipuncture
JOB DETAILS:
- Shift: 3x8 between 0700-1800. Will start as Monday-Wednesday. As caseload builds could increase to 4x8 or 5x8 with additional weekday work.
-Weekend REQ: No
-Floating REQ: Yes both internally and externally to other specialty clinics (rare)
-On-Call REQ: No
-Pending license: NO must be active at time of submission
-NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
