Position Title:School LVN / LPN
Location: Spanaway WA 98387
Duration: 42 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: Day 5x7-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)
Hours: 35 per week
Pay rate: $40 for Local - $46/hr for traveller.

Position Title:School LVN / LPN
Location: Spanaway WA 98387

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct nursing care to medically fragile students.
- Work in a single classroom throughout the school day.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs.
- Assist with feeding mobility toileting and other activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records.
- Collaborate with teachers special education staff and healthcare providers.
- Support emergency response and student safety procedures.
- Active Washington State LPN/LVN license required prior to start date.
- Pediatric school special education or medically fragile student experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
