Oak River Rehab Center 3300 Franklin St Anderson CA 96007
Friday - Sunday (3 days) x 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)

AM Shift and NOC Shift available
$27$37/hr (DOE)

What Youll Do:
  • Deliver compassionate care to residents with skill and dignity

  • Collaborate with RNs CNAs and interdisciplinary staff

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately

  • Keep detailed documentation and ensure quality care plans

  • Make a difference in the lives of othersevery single shift

What Were Looking For:
  • Active California LVN license and in good standing

  • A team player with strong clinical and communication skills

  • Someone who brings positivity reliability and heart to the workplace

  • Previous SNF or rehab experience is a plusbut well train the right person!
