Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to perform advanced vocational nursing work for a facility in Terrell Texas. The ideal LVNs will be required to Provide for the care treatment and general welfare of patients who have intellectual disabilities complex medical mental health and/or behavioral health issues.

Requirements:
Must possess valid LVN license.
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
Must submit to HHSC required drug test.
Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting.
Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
Responsibilities:
Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies TSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards Rules and Directives.
