From premium resorts and cruises to milestone celebrations and customized international vacations youll work with clients to understand their preferences and identify travel options that match their individual needs.

• Consult with clients regarding travel preferences interests and budgets
• Research premium resorts cruises destinations accommodations and vacation packages
• Compare available travel options and amenities
• Develop personalized vacation recommendations
• Coordinate eligible travel reservations and arrangements
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel information
• Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process
• Provide client support before during and after travel
• Stay informed about destinations suppliers and industry developments

• Provides exceptional customer service
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Enjoys researching and comparing travel options
• Is comfortable using online technology
• Can work independently and manage multiple client needs
• Has an interest in luxury travel and hospitality

Previous experience in travel hospitality customer service or sales is helpful but not required.
