About the Role:

Help clients plan personalized vacations with a focus on upscale resorts premium cruises romantic escapes and memorable experiences. This role combines travel research attentive service and coordination to match clients with options that fit their preferences and budget.

What Youll Do:

* Research luxury resorts all-inclusive properties cruises and destinations.

* Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences budgets and expectations.

* Prepare personalized vacation quotes and itinerary recommendations.

* Coordinate reservations for accommodations transportation and activities.

* Explain available room categories amenities and package inclusions.

* Track payment deadlines and communicate important travel details.

* Provide client support before during and after travel.

* Build client relationships and promote your travel planning services.

* Comfortable researching destinations and learning online booking systems.
