Luxury Automotive Finance Manager

Tom WoodJLRV Indy is seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Indianapolis this role you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

• Manage and oversee all F&I functions including credit application processing financing and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to offer customers tailored financing solutions that meet their needs.
• Present vehicle and additional product financing options to customers professionally and clearly.
• Negotiate and secure finance terms and contracts with customers and lenders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance products rates and lending institutions procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors to support the dealerships finance offerings.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team regarding finance processes and products.

• Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance management preferably within a luxury automotive brand environment.
• Strong understanding of credit applications lending processes and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in relevant software and financial management tools.
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
