What does a Lube Technician do to deliver exceptional service and exceed our customers expectations

• Assist the customer in selecting oil type and other services
• Perform engine oil and oil filter changes
• Inspect and top off automotive fluids
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Replace air/cabin filters and windshield wipers
• Process payment for services performed
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the shop floor
• Maintain the store organization and cleanliness
• Utilize Take 5s extensive internal resources to pursue your own growth path

Good to Know Before You Start!

• We will give you extensive training to master our relatively simple automotive services performed the Take 5 Oil Change way.
• You will need to always be alert and aware of your surroundings. We emphasizesafety first!
• You must be able to physically maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 deep pit used to position our technicians safely under our customers cars.
• You must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds to walk stand bend stoop twist etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities that involve holding grasping pulling and turning.
• While we will work to ensure the comfort of our work spaces you will occasionally work in hot/cold weather conditions because of our open bay concept (weather permitting).
• You will need to have reliable transportation to/from work.
