Ratios RN/LPN- Days there will be one on each unit Nights 1 for both units
CNA - Day/Evenings shift there are up to 3 on each unit Nights there is 1 CNA in Tamarack and 2 CNAs in (Memory Care Unit).
Charge Nurse no
Nurse Aides/Rehab aides CNA
Weekend Requirement typically every other weekend maybe more
Holidays yes
Scrub Color any scrub color
Physicians Rounding daily 4-5 private practice physicians
Shifts RN/LPN: 6-6
CNA: 6-2:30pm 2:15-10:45pm 10:30pm-7am
