Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each) each with its own kitchen along with gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a structured supportive environment with on-site leadership available 24/7 making this an excellent place for nurses who value teamwork accessibility and organization.

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis ensuring residents receive safe compassionate and individualized care within our cottage-style model.
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe clean and respectful environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Active unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Ability to remain physically active throughout shift (walking between cottages required)
