Shift Differentials

• 2nd Shift: $2.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: $3.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
  (Friday 5 PM Sunday midnight)

What Youll Do

As an LPN at RiverMead youll play a vital role in supporting the health comfort and well-being of our residents by:

• Delivering compassionate high-quality nursing care
• Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Developing and updating individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Performing therapeutic procedures including wound care immunizations and infection management
• Collaborating closely with physicians families and interdisciplinary team members
• Promoting resident dignity safety and quality of life

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current New Hampshire LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassionate team-oriented approach to resident care
