Acting as liaison between residents their families staff and the medical practitioners caring for the residents while exercising excellent nursing professional judgment and outstanding customer service Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision of self-administered medications that require licensed changes in residents health Nursing appointment with physicians and coordinate and supervise residents therapeutic Practical Nurse least 3-5 years prior Nursing experience in Long-Term Care or Acute have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English. Spanish math skills Ideal CandidatePolite responsible outgoing punctual quick on the feet and as to work schedule. Flexibility is greatly appreciated at times of need or emergency. Must be available during emergency be able to work under pressure and multi-task. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team excellent verbal communications & interpersonal patience and the ability to speak clearly with the elderly.#ZR
