Position Highlights:
- Number of beds on unit: 30 beds
- Patient population (age diagnosis specifics about unit): 18-year-old and older
- Nurse to Patient ratio: 4-6 patients to 1 RN
- Department culture and resources: Oncology Nursing Society support education and resources Active Department Shared Governance Mentor/Mentee Program for New Grads and for those looking for Oncology Nursing Certification
- Frequent nursing skills/equipment used: Oncology skill set (inpatient chemotherapy and radiation) palliative and end of life care and general medical patients.
- Sign on Bonus $10000 (3yr Commitment)
Relocation $5000 >100miles
Relocation $2500 50miles to 100miles
BSN Bonus $2500
