This role requires a dedicated professional with proven experience managing others available Monday to Friday day shift with on-call fill-ins for emergencies only. The ideal candidate will lead and support our nursing staff to provide exceptional care and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.

• Manage and supervise staff ensuring quality patient care and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments including handling on-call situations during emergencies.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing team members fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing and home care services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and company leadership to improve patient outcomes.

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Proven experience managing nursing staff or healthcare teams.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with availability for emergency on-call fill-ins only.
• Knowledge of home care industry standards regulations and best practices.
