- First Time Travelers are Accepted
1Year Experience Required
Certification required: BLS LPN License
Responsibilities:
Administered medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitored vital signs and residents health conditions.
Provided wound care and routine nursing procedures.
Assisted residents with ADLs and personal care.
Documented assessments care and medication administration.
Reported changes in condition to the RN/provider.
Followed infection control and patient safety protocols.
Collaborated with CNAs RNs physicians and other healthcare staff.
