Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Outpatient Behavioral Health
Location: Glen Allen VA
Contract Type: Per Diem (50 weeks)
Shift: Rotating Hours
Pay Rate: $36.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our well-structured outpatient behavioral health program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mental health or outpatient care and will thrive in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

• Assist with nursing assessments and provide patient education.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.

• Support crisis management efforts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.

• Collaborate with RNs therapists and other medical staff in treatment planning.

• Provide direct patient support in both group and individual therapeutic settings.

Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health or outpatient preferred).

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
