• Monday to Friday

• 1 weekend rotation per month

Position Summary:
Work as a vital member of the care team providing hands-on support to patients whileutilizingAI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwith medication management wound care and health monitoring.

• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.

• Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.

• 1 year experience in a hospital nursing home home health or experience working with terminally ill patients.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire

• Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required

• National Provider BLS American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required upon request.

Pay Range:$33.05 - $40.82

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities
