Ongoing communication between the WN associates the residents and their families professional consultants and third-party providers is critical to the welfare of the of ResponsibilityProvide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL. Demonstrate good decision-making work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas and/or the improvement of care and resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements recognized nursing practice established standards and Company administer prescribed medications supervise the continuity of resident care respond to changes in resident condition medications or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as job duties as assigned see full job QualificationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age. Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency as required by state have at least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care have a positive Criminal Background Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.
