LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. $34.00/hour plus applicable shift differentials. PRN flexible day or night shifts minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift.

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living assisted living memory care and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here youll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus with the flexibility to choose your shifts.

What youll do

• Provide compassionate resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety dignity and quality of life

What youll need

Required:

• Active Illinois LPN license
• At least 18 years old
• Available for at least 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or senior living

Pay and benefits

• $34.00/hour plus applicable shift differentials

Schedule
PRN on-call. Minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month.
