LPN Development Centre

cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Torrington CT . This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and Sign on bonus

Location: Torrington CT

Compensation: $45-$ per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

24 hours/ week with opportunity to pick up shifts
Needed every Friday Saturday and Sunday
Looking for coverage for 2nd (4-12:30 AM) and 3rd shift (12:15 AM - 8:15 AM) - please indicate your candidates shift preference in your bid
6 month assignment

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications treatments and wound care under the direction of authorized healthcare providers.
Assess patient needs conduct risk assessments and develop and implement individualized nursing and mental health care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to monitor evaluate and support patients mental health and overall well-being.
Document patient care nursing interventions medications and treatment outcomes accurately and maintain confidentiality and security of records.
Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques respond to emergencies and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Provide emotional support to patients and families and participate in rehabilitation training delegation and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practising.
OH LPN License
CPR/BLS
