The Lutheran Home is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We offer full-time part-time and PRN/on-call opportunities with flexible scheduling and excellent benefits for eligible team members.

• Provide quality nursing care to residents
• Monitor resident conditions and assist with care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Required:

• Current Illinois LPN License
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience

Preferred:

• Previous nursing experience
• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Benefit-Eligible Full-Time & Part-Time: $30.23-$31.75/hour based on experience
• PRN/On-Call: $34.00/hour shift differentials
• Additional shift differentials may apply based on scheduled shift
