Hillcrest Home is now hiring L.P.N.s for 2nd and 3rd shifts full and part time.

$5000 Sign On Bonus for full time L.P.N.s

-Compensation Overview-

• Hourly Rate: Starting @ $31.67 per hour
• Add $2.00 /hr for 2nd or 3rd shift
• Add $1.00 /hr for Weekend shifts
• Bonus:$5000.00 Sign on Bonus is now being offered for full-time L.P.N.s
• Benefits include IMRF medical dental vision & life insurance
• 13 holidays per year plus personal leave and sick time (After 90 day probationary period)
• 40 hours of vacation to start!

-Job Requirements-

• Must be eligible on the Health Care Worker Registry
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have and maintain an LPN license in Illinois

-Job Description-

• Provide resident care to individuals as specified on individualized resident care plan according to established policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe environment to the residents of Hillcrest Home under general supervisor of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide routine nursing and personal care services to long-term care residents of the facility.
• Carry out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
• Employees are required to work every other weekend.
• 2nd Shift starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 pm. 3rd Shift starts at 10:45 pm and ends at 7:15 am.
• Full time employees work 5 days a week (or 40 hours) and Part time employee work 4 or less days a week (or 32 hours or less).
