Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health At Easterseals PORT Health were seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) located in Woodbridge VA.

*$5000 sign-on and retention bonus*

Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am

What Youll Do

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within our adult crisis therapeutic home. Responsibilities include administering medications conducting nursing assessments providing health education and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams maintaining accurate documentation and supporting individuals overall health and wellness.

What Were Looking For

To join our team you must be able to provide care in a crisis group home have a passion for helping others experience with MS Office suite and data entry strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a valid drivers license and car insurance. We also require the following:

• Current valid unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
• Knowledge of the MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
• Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
