Now Hiring: Low Voltage Electrician / Technician (Structured Cabling Controls)
Columbus OH Full-Time
If you take pride in clean conduit organized cable work and doing the job the right way JSET Automated Technologies is hiring Low Voltage Electricians / Technicians to support large-scale data center projects. This role is ideal for field professionals who want steady work high standards and a real path into controls and leadership.
What Youll Do
- Install conduit raceways and enclosures; route cabling through trays and pathways
- Pull label and terminate CAT5/6 fiber and control/communication wiring
- Read and work from drawings and schematics to build to specification
- Perform basic testing and support commissioning and troubleshooting efforts
- Operate lifts and work overhead as needed
- Maintain clean organized and code-compliant installations
- Follow all safety requirements and jobsite protocols
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in low-voltage structured cabling or commercial electrical work
- Experience with conduit installation cable routing and terminations
- Ability to read prints schematics and installation details
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments
- Ability to lift up to 5060 lbs as required by the job
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have OSHA 10 or willingness to complete on own time
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Data center experience
- OSHA 30
- Exposure to controls BMS or EPMS systems
