Low Voltage Spotter

Position Overview

We are seeking Spotters to observe low voltage technicians while they work from or operate lifts and to assist with other jobsite tasks as needed. This role is a great fit for someone dependable safety focused and comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

-Observe technicians operating or working from lifts to ensure safe conditions

-Watch for overhead hazards obstacles and pedestrian or vehicle traffic

-Communicate clearly with lift operators and jobsite personnel

-Assist with other general labor tasks as assigned

-Follow all jobsite safety protocols and procedures

-Maintain consistent reliable attendance

Required Qualifications

-Must have low voltage cabling experience

-Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods outdoors

-Strong communication and attention to detail

-Reliable transportation to jobsite locations

-Must provide own PPE including Class E rated hardhat safety toed boots safety glasses and hi-vis vest or shirt

-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

-OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required

-Strong attendance record required excessive or unnecessary absences will lead to replacement

-Must be lift certified

Benefits and Compensation

-Pay range $20 to $30 per hour
